Recently, the post-specific skill examinations for workshop employees of Dongding Special Tube have been successfully completed. This month's assessment targeting stainless steel heat exchange tubes covered multiple job positions including eddy current testing, tube forming and tube rolling, with more than ten employees taking part.
The examination adopted a combined format of theoretical tests and practical operations. The theoretical part focused on evaluating employees' mastery of professional expertise. On-site practical assessments were conducted at respective workstations, requiring participants to finish core operational tasks within the set time limits. All participants showed great enthusiasm, performed standard operations and answered questions carefully, resulting in a high pass rate.
These post-specific examinations serve not only as an evaluation of employees' professional skills, but also as a key initiative for the company to build talent echelons. Going forward, the company will take this opportunity to further optimize the on-the-job training system.
