On May 14, 2025, to enhance inspection capabilities in aerospace tube manufacturing, Dongding Special Tube invited the technical team of Kangzhuo Naisi Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kangzhuo Naisi) for an on-site demonstration and technical exchange on measuring aerospace tubes with articulated coordinate measuring machines.
Our company is currently expanding its aerospace tubing business. Aerospace tubing demands extremely strict standards for dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances and surface quality, while traditional inspection methods can hardly meet its complex and diverse testing requirements. During the event, Kangzhuo Naisi demonstrated its HX Huaxia 7-axis articulated measuring machine with a 2.5-meter measuring range. Integrated with blue-light 3D scanning and contact measurement functions, the device enables high-speed and high-precision scanning on highly reflective and bright-colored aerospace tube surfaces without marking points or spraying powder. It is particularly applicable to reverse engineering and quality control of complex pipeline systems.
Our team held in-depth discussions with technicians from Kangzhuo Naisi regarding actual inspection requirements and technical difficulties encountered in aerospace tube production. Through the on-site demonstration, staff from various departments gained a clear understanding of the equipment’s portability, micron-level precision and intelligent data processing performance.
Previously, we have conducted technical exchanges on precision inspection equipment with well-known industrial enterprises including Hexagon and Xintuo 3D, keeping abreast of cutting-edge inspection technologies in the industry.
