Recently, Dongding Special Tube organized a special training covering the main contents and common problems of quality management system audits, with a focus on the practical implementation of the quality management system for stainless steel heat exchange tubes. Company leaders and more than 40 employees attended the training. With easy-to-understand explanations and real-case sharing, the session helped all departments gain an in-depth understanding of system requirements and further elevate the quality control level of stainless steel heat exchange tubes.
The training opened with the thought-provoking question “Is the quality management system truly effective?”, emphasizing the core viewpoint that the management system can deliver real results only when it is truly understood and fully implemented. It highlighted the fundamental golden rule: consistency among verbal statement, written documentation and on-site practice.
Seven practical problems were sorted out respectively regarding verbal communication, documented procedures and actual operation. Combined with typical production scenarios of stainless steel heat exchange tubes, the training made an in-depth analysis of common phenomena and potential risks, and put forward targeted improvement measures. Special emphasis was placed on process control and record consistency for stainless steel heat exchange tubes, strengthening employees’ awareness and promoting the effective implementation of rules and regulations.
Practical action plans were issued at the end of the training, requiring all departments to cooperate and jointly participate in the management and execution of the quality system. Rich in real cases and specific in improvement measures, the training was well received by all participants. All attendees expressed that they will strictly follow the golden rule in daily work, ensure the thorough implementation of the quality management system, and guarantee high reliability and performance consistency of stainless steel heat exchange tube products.
