Engineering Technology Center Launches Physical & Chemical Testing Improvement Training ——Focusing on Quality Assurance of High-Precision Seamless Tube

To comprehensively improve the professional competence and practical operation skills of physical and chemical testing personnel, and build a high-quality testing team with solid expertise and rigorous work attitude, the Engineering Technology Center recently organized a training program focused on the testing technology of high-precision seamless tubes. The training adopted a dual model of theoretical lectures + practical exercises to enrich the professional capabilities of testing staff.

At the training site, the laboratory supervisor demonstrated the complete operating procedures of various tests combined with actual work scenarios. Emphasis was placed on key procedures for high-precision seamless tubes, including specimen preparation, parameter configuration, data reading and equipment calibration. In accordance with relevant national standards, the supervisor also clarified the operation specifications, error control requirements and safety precautions for physical and chemical testing of high-precision seamless tubes.
