To consolidate the quality inspection foundation for special equipment pressure pipeline products, the company’s Quality Inspection Department organized a two-week standardized vocational training for newly recruited eddy current testing personnel from March 15 to 27. Through systematic lectures and practical operation exercises, the training aimed to help new employees fully understand job responsibilities, master core eddy current testing skills, and accurately guarantee the quality of precision stainless steel seamless tubes.
The training focused closely on the core responsibilities and operational specifications of the eddy current testing position. In theoretical sessions, it highlighted the product characteristics of precision stainless steel seamless tubes, awareness of quality bottom-line requirements, labor discipline, as well as the identification and analysis of various types of defects. In practical sessions, standardized training was conducted covering the whole workflow in accordance with job specifications, including inspection and measurement of precision stainless steel seamless tubes, setting of technical parameters on equipment, information verification, and defect judgment and handling. The training ensures new employees can take up their posts in a standardized manner and become fully competent in the inspection of precision stainless steel seamless tubes.
This systematic training has effectively unified operational standards and quality evaluation criteria for new staff, laying a solid foundation for them to work independently quickly and strictly control the quality of precision stainless steel seamless tubes.
