Recently, Deputy General Manager Li, Chief Engineer Zheng and other leaders from relevant functional departments of the headquarters visited the production site of Dongding Company for inspection and work guidance.
The inspection team went deep into the frontline workshops to review production progress, inventory control and the implementation effect of on-site 5S management. They fully recognized the company’s recent management upgrades. The site adopts clear zoning layout with tidy and standardized environment, showing noticeable progress compared with previous inspections, which fully reflects the team’s solid efforts in refined site management.
The core production lines are dedicated to the manufacturing of stainless steel welded tubes and stainless steel seamless tubes, with all production procedures conducted in strict accordance with standard operating protocols.
Deputy General Manager Li stressed that it is essential to continuously strengthen the control over key areas including welding workshops, refine the detailed management of semi-finished products and measuring instruments, steadily promote key projects and inventory reduction initiatives, and strive for simultaneous improvement in production capacity and product quality of stainless steel welded tubes and seamless tubes.
He also encouraged the team, "New progress can be witnessed on every visit. It is expected that all staff will maintain perseverance and pursue continuous improvement day by day."
Taking this inspection as an opportunity, Dongding Company will further advance 5S management, consolidate the foundation of on-site standardized operation, implement production control of stainless steel welded tubes and seamless tubes under higher requirements, and continuously empower the company’s high-quality development.
